I figure it'd be a good idea to list markets that are on the verge or have just recently closed up shop.  I also figure this would be a logical place to do it, under this heading.  So we can use this topic for updates on markets going inactive / defunct. 

6-17-05:  Cotyledon, edited by Georgette Perry, will be closing their doors for good in the next month.  They plan on releasing one last issue to account for the remaining acceptances in their posession, and then ending it.  Cotyledon is a self-professed emulator of the Lilliput Review, and has been an excellent mini-zine styled outlet for shorter poetry for some time.  The imprint, Catamount Press, however, may go on to do a few projects in a couple of years or so, but nothing is currently in the works or slated through 2006.   -RS
