Why do birds fall from the sky and why do leaves call out to me


What darkness holds me fast to the sound of my heart beating


Why can't I remember as unseen memories surround my soul


Till the very core explodes into oblivion


Darkness is my sky and shadow is lost to me

Sorry, I forgot the small intro. My name is Suzanne and I'm 52 (soon) years old. This isn't a normal route for me, Forums that is, and I would appreciate any constructive criticism. I don't write often...just when the mood hits, but I love to try and I love to read.

this is a dark poem
dark poems is nice to some people
eye like them sometimes
but im sober
and im fighting my depressions
dark poetry is not my forte as a rule
this is still a nice poem suze poese ewe hahahahaha
